Retainers

Retainer fees cover the team's time and are invoiced in advance. Because the work is delivered continuously through the month, retainer fees are non-refundable once the month has begun.

Project work

Project fees are staged. Where a project is cancelled before a stage begins, the fee for that stage is refunded in full.
