When you submit a form on this site we store the details you enter, together with the page you submitted from and technical information such as your IP address, so we can reply and keep a record of the enquiry.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries, to deliver services you have asked for, and - where you have opted in - to send you our newsletter.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained while there is a live business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the contact details on this site and we will respond within one month.
