From invisible founder to a named voice in the sector press

A deliberately paced executive positioning programme that built authority from operating substance rather than opinion volume.

Challenge

The founder was well regarded by customers and completely unknown beyond them. Previous attempts at profile-building had produced generic leadership commentary that neither journalists nor customers found interesting.

Strategy

We audited what the founder had genuinely learned that others had not, and found it in an unfashionable place: fifteen years of failed and successful enterprise deployments across two regions.

The positioning became operational honesty, including publishing what had not worked.

Execution

We started with long-form written pieces under the founder’s own name, since writing forces precision that interviews allow you to avoid. Broadcast and panel work followed once the written record existed to point at.

Results

The founder now appears in sector coverage as a source rather than a subject, and is invited to industry panels without solicitation. Sales cited the published pieces as useful in enterprise procurement conversations.
