The PR Code provides press release distribution, PR consultancy, digital branding, and media placement services. While we strive to secure placements in Tier A publications, final editorial approval is at the discretion of third-party media outlets.
2.1 No Guarantee of Publication
- Media placements depend on editorial decisions of publications. We cannot guarantee specific wording, placement, or approval of any press release.
- If a press release is rejected by a media outlet, The PR Code will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution but is not liable for any losses.
2.2 Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments for services must be made in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement.
- In cases where The PR Code is unable to fulfill the agreed service due to internal issues, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes without valid cause will result in permanent service suspension.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
✔ Provide accurate and truthful information for PR distribution.
✔ Ensure that submitted content does not violate copyright laws, defamation laws, or third-party rights.
✔ Not use our services for misleading, false, or illegal promotions.
3.1 Prohibited Content
We do not distribute content that:
- Promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
- Contains false or misleading claims.
- Violates trademark or copyright laws.
If any content submitted violates these terms, The PR Code reserves the right to reject the request without a refund.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose personal or business information without prior consent, except where required by law. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect and protect client data.
5. Limitation of Liability
The PR Code shall not be held responsible for:
- Any loss, damage, or reputational harm resulting from media placements.
- Decisions made by third-party publications regarding content approval or rejection.
- Technical issues, website downtime, or service interruptions beyond our control.
6. Modifications & Termination
- The PR Code reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- We may terminate a client’s access to our services for any breach of these terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Dubai, UAE.

No Refund Policy
At The PR Code, we are committed to delivering high-quality press release distribution, Wikipedia page creation, branding, and online reputation management services. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final, and we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.
1. No Refunds on Services
Once a service has been purchased and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
- Press Release Distribution & Publication Services
- Wikipedia Page Creation & Editing
- Online Reputation Management & Branding
- Content Writing & Media Outreach
- Other Digital PR and Marketing Services
2. Non-Cancellable Orders
Once an order is placed and work has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Clients acknowledge that digital PR, media placements, and content services involve non-reversible efforts, including outreach, editorial processes, and third-party publication fees.
3. No Refunds for Rejected or Removed Content
While we strive for successful publication, we do not guarantee permanent listings on third-party platforms, including Wikipedia, news sites, and media outlets. Refunds will not be provided in cases where:
- A publication rejects a press release or article.
- Wikipedia or any media outlet removes or edits published content.
- The client’s Wikipedia page is declined or deleted due to non-compliance with Wikipedia’s editorial guidelines.
4. Client Responsibility for Information & Compliance
Clients must ensure that all information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the eligibility criteria for Wikipedia, media outlets, and PR services. No refunds will be issued for services affected by incomplete or incorrect client information.
5. Exceptions (Only in Case of Service Non-Delivery)
Refunds may only be considered if The PR Code fails to deliver any service at all due to unforeseen circumstances. In such rare cases, we will assess refund requests at our sole discretion.
